Sourcing, Quality Control, Shipping

How It Works

Product Sourcing

  • Enquiry received for sourcing of the product/s (which might include the samples from the client to define the precise quality and standards required).
  • Depending on the product you might be needed to provide us with the required technical drawings, specifications of the material.
  • You will establish the monthly, annual and per shipment quantity in order to quote the prices based on this information.
  • After the sample products arrive at our office, you will receive your price quotation(Proforma Invoice) within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Production will only start after your approval of all the specifications and the counter sample (If necessary).
  • An order confirmation will be sent to you by us after you have given us your approval of the production price with the minimum quantity required.
  • Upon receipt of 30% deposit, production of the product will start. Generally the production time is 30 to 60 days, plus 5 days for courier. However, it may vary from product to product.
  • 70% balance payment to be received upon completion of the production, prior to shipping.

Quality Control Systems

  • All your shipments are meticulously inspected by our Quality Assurance Managers during the production and after the same is completed, and before the shipments leave, for quality and quantity.
  • This also ensures that no defective materials or products are being used.
  • We can guarantee the best quality products, by strictly following the inspection instructions made by our customers.
  • Feedback regarding the quality control is provided in form of pictures and short videos during the shipment loading process.
  • You are always kindly requested to provide us with critical details of the product that has to be specifically taken into consideration during the quality control procedure.

Shipping

  • We provide shipping to almost any destination globally.
  • Generally the shipments are FCL (Full Container Load), and in some cases it also includes Air Cargo.
  • Cost Effectiveness and Transit Time Efficiency, we may emphasize more on either or both depending on your preferences.
